My dearest Mama. My heart is broken into tiny little pieces. I could never have imagined that the two weeks we had would be our last. We laughed together, we ate together, we sang together and we took silly selfies together. I am forever grateful for every minute I had with you. I hope you were escorted by angel's when you were reunited with your Mom and son Jeffrey. Jeffrey has both you and Dad with him now. Thank you for being the first place my heart would call home. You were the best Nana to Jade and Josh. They loved you dearly and will always remember the wonderful times they had with you during their visits to Toronto. Robbie and I have fond memories of when he'd pick you up and bring you back with us for the weekends in Bramalea and we would take you to Chinguacousy Park. So many wonderful memories with you. You will be forever in our hearts my dearest Mama.
