Obituary of Petronillo Pedro Reyes

REYES: Petronillo Pedro– Peacefully with his family at his side, our beloved patriarch Petronillo 'Pedro' passed away on Sunday October 6, 2019 as we prayed and praised him safely into the Arms Of Our Saviour. Son of the late Mariano Boneo and the late Maria Reyes Salina was born in Caura,Trinidad and Tobago on May 31 st 1930. Pedro was married to Cecilia Lopez and from the matrimony produced two children, David Reyes and Denise Reyes -Sydney. Pedro is survived by his wife Cecelia, son and daughter, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pedro lived for 45 years in Canada prior to his passing. He worked at Mt. Sinai for 20 years. He was well loved and respected by all. His humor was so special; his signature was his infectious laugh, cool clothing, awesome hats and sports jerseys. He had a love for music and played various instruments, however he favored the mandolin. Pedro loved the Lord and made it his mission to attend as often as he physically could. His spirituality was reflected through his enduring peaceful nature in the face of all the vagaries of life. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Family and friends will be received at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery, Crematorium & Visitation Centre (Magnolia Room) 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario on Friday October 11^th, 2019, from 6-8pm. Funeral service will take place in the Magnolia Room at St. John's Dixie,  737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario on Saturday October 12^th, 2019 at 1:00pm.

Burial will take place at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, Ontario. Reception to follow at
